About the Show:
The Mentalist is an American drama series that stars Simon Baker, Robin Tunney, Tim Kang, Owain Yeoman and Amanda Righetti. The show follows the life of Patrick Jane, an independent consultant for a fictionalised version of the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI) based in Sacramento, California. He uses his special and bizarre “psychic” skills to help CBI solve cases.

This was actually the one show that I was feeling a little bit in comparison with Psych! It sure is about having the ability to mentally know and or do a lot of things in his mind, but it’s not! The premises of both shows are but close to each other, but they mainly on a different zone! The thing is! Simon Baker here has a lot of things that he can do in his mind other than finding some unspotted clues of the crime scene! He can read people’s feeling and then kind of sets it up to know a lot more about them! This is really cool! The writers are doing a great job bringing some of those thrilling scenes with Simon! It’s like watching a detective but in a broader prospect! It takes you inside the investigation where you can really feel the intensity of the story! - John II
