In this new series Gok Wan offers a helping hand to the nation’s teens. Having struggled with his own body image and confidence as a teen Gok draws on personal experience, as well as seeking expert advice. He helps give the next generation the self-belief they need to tackle their issues and anxieties – from body confidence and sexuality, to bullying and simply being different. Throughout the series Gok talks to celebrities, including Fearne Cotton, Matt Horne and Duncan James, about their own experiences of their teenage years.
