Nonitor Donaire, the considered to be the "Filipino Flash" will be facing Panama's Rafael Concepcion on Las Vegas, Nevada for the WBA Interim super flyweight title this August 15 at 9:00 PM E.S.T. The 26-year-old Donaire (21-1, 14 KOs) is moving up to superflyweight after making a killing at the flyweight class the last two years. The Donaire-Concepcion showdown highlights the "Pinoy Power 2" (which is the same title of this boxing event) boxing card, which also features another Filipino bet, Bernabe Concepcion challenging Steven Luevano for the WBO featherweight title.
