Sometimes, we need to consider the fact that even employees also have their own rights to fight for. They have their rights for proper treatment, for exact or right amount of compensation, and the right to be given privileges as well as for their welfare. Bosses have no right to take advantage or abuse their employees even though they are the ones who pay their salaries because they are still humans who need respect and proper treatment. Also, employees must be assertive to know their rights so that no boss will abuse them either financially, emotionally or physically.

I am saying this to all of you because this upcoming comedy film entitled “Tower Heist” will try to present to you how a group composed of employees plan to get what they deserve from their boss. In this film, Ben Stiller will once again make us laugh as he stars in Tower Heist wherein he will lead a group of con-men who devise a plan to swindle the resident’s of New York’s upscale Trump Tower, the place where they will also work.

Tower Heist is set to hit the big screen on the 4th of November 2011 and aside from Ben Stiller, other existing casts also include Alan Alda, Eddie Murphy, Gabourney Sidibe and Michael Pena. The script was written by Jeff Nathanson and it is directed by Brett Ratner. The crime comedy film will be distributed by Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment.

As for the story of the film, when the group of hardworking and overly dedicated guys found out that they have fallen victim to a wealthy businessman’s Ponzi Scheme, they decided to rob his high-rise and elite residence in exchange of what he took from the government.
