And to celebrate man’s devotion to the drink of life, The Vintner’s Luck will hit the theaters on May 6; a motion picture starring Vera Farmiga, Jeremie Renier, Keisha Castle-Hughes, and Gaspard Uliel. The film will tell about the story of am ambitious, yet peasant winemaker who wants to make the best out of everything yet every time he tries to make the perfect wine, it turns out to be plain and common.
Sobran Jodeau (Jeremie Renier) lived in 19th century France, and splits his heart to the three loves of his life: his beautiful, faithful, and passionate wife Celeste, the proudly intellectual baroness Aurora de Valday and a fallen angel who later becomes a mentor in his passion of wine-making; Xas. Sobran strikes up an unusual friendship between a mortal and someone from above with a creature with wings that smell of snow, and Xas on his part became an unconventional mentor who shapes up the young msn to fathom the nature of love and belief and in the process grabs on with the sensual, warm, sacred, and the profane in order to come up with the perfect vintage.
