Rock of Ages (2012)
Rock of Ages is a 2012 musical comedy film that features Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Mary J. Blige, Alec Baldwin and Tom Cruise.Some of the music that will be featured in the movie are the songs from great artists such as from Bon Jovi, Guns N' Roses, Def Leppard, Foreigner, Journey, Poison, Europe, and Twisted Sister. The film was directed by Adam Shankman.
The film narrates the story of Sherrie, a small town girl and the city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams. Their rock 'n' roll romance is told via the various songs from different musical icons.
