Deadpool actor of 20th Century Fox "XMen Origins: Wolverine," Ryan Reynolds was chosen by Warner Brothers as the Green Lantern movie which is a live action movie based on the hero by DC comics. As according to Reuters, Reynolds and his representatives entered negotiations for the part Friday, after the studio held two rounds of screen tests for the actor, Bradley Cooper, Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake.

This movie is expected to be seen on theaters by June 2011. Directed by Martin Campbell and produced by Donald De Line and Greg Berlanti.

We will surely see how the power ring fits the fingers of Ryan Reynolds. I guess it will as the two swords rightly fixed to him during the Wolverine movie.
