In her ongoing legal battle against her former employers at Desperate Housewives, the hit comedy drama TV series of ABC, Nicollete Sheridan was dealt with a setback in her ongoing legal battle when an appeals court shot down her wrongful termination claim against Touchstone Television Productions.
A written decision came out last Thursday and it revealed that the judges for the Second District Court of Appeal in California sided with Touchstone and ABC, declaring that Sheridan was not entitled to pursue a wrongful termination claim. We just don't know when this court trial will end but as for the latest update about the case, it was said their that the appeals court's decision vacates a trial court's decision in April.
